Vessel calculation, nozzle location and dimensioning of pipelines are only some details of many. We consider all necessary steps regarding design and calculation that are necessary for a safe operation of your plant.
Automation
Our customer-tailored solutions guarantee a safe and reliable operation of the plant. On request, the plant can be monitored and controlled from only one work centre. At this centre you can also generate all data protocols with visualization and archiving. These solutions are of course in conformity to 21 CFR Part 11.
Plant Construction
Plants start with vessels. In order to offer you vessels of highest quality and reliability, we manufacture the vessels in our own workshop. We place great importance to details often not considered by others. This standard applies also to the final skid. If you would like you can see, touch and test the complete plant already in our workshop.
Qualification and Documentation
Plants are only complete when qualified and documented. Our plants that are already qualified and documented in our workshop make it much easier for you to get the approval by the authorities.
