The membrane sampler type MSIII™– for long-time samples with small
sampling quantities
The constant sampling of liquid out of the running process is necessary to
determine the ingredients in the laboratory or to monitor and record the
product quality during the whole production process.
A constant
sampling ensures the binding traceability acc. to EC guidelines 178/2002.
By the pneumatics, the membrane is activated in a way that the sampling
quantity is transported from the process to the sampling side.
The
typical sampling quantity is at 1 ml for each sampling cycle.
The sampler type MSIII™ is a cost-effective solution to take constant
samples even for very long production processes.
A digital signal or a
relay contact of a superordinated control serve for the activation of the
required pilot valve.
