DI-LIQUI™ – Exact and reliable capture of concentration

In the production process you can find various points where optimization of most different ingredients is interesting. The GEA Diessel DI-LIQUI™-analyser measures the sound velocity in aqueous products at a high precision. Different material concentrations can be determined by an additional very accurate temperature measurement.

The metering system consists of the DI-LIQUI™-transmitter and the DI-LIQUI™- control and display panel. Via the sound velocity in the DI-LIQUI™-control and display panel, data are converted into the appropriate concentration with the help of product-specific calibration factors. Those product-specific calibration factors depend on the liquid, its composition, the concentration component, and the temperature range.

The concentration meter DI-LIQUI™ consists of up to 3 sensor heads and a control and display panel for the indication of parameterization and calibration as well as signal output. The control and display panel can be installed with a distance of up to 1.2 km.

The metering system DI-LIQUI™ serves for monitoring and adjustment of the product concentrations such as original wort, alcohol, Brix for, e.g. beer, wine, and refreshments. The

optimal use of raw material supports an economical production of beverages.

The sensor head is sanitized and completely made of stainless steel and is directly installed in the product line. The DI-LIQUI™ does not require any additional expenditure with thin analysing lines or sampling pumps.

The electronics can easily be combined with control units used in the metering systems as well as with other GEA Diessel meters (CS3-Bus). The DI-LIQUI™ meets with highest requirements concerning reliability, accuracy, reproducibility, operation comfort, sanitation, RAS facilities, and digital communication capabilities. And all that at an excellent price/performance ratio.
