Optimised Filling Control for Small Quantities Type IZM-MV™ and ZEVODAT-F™
GEA Diessel's electromagnetic flow meters type IZM are suitable for the measurement of all liquids with a minimum conductivity of 5 µS/cm.
In addition to the flow and volume metering, the meters are able to control filling processes automatically or semi-automatically.
The exact measurement of the product is the basis for the filling, but only the intelligent, self-learning valve control ensures the desired filling result.
The inputs and outputs in the metering device cover additional control functions, e.g. selection of the packing drum size, emptying signal etc.

- Filling of different packing drums such as bags, beakers, kegs etc. in round or longitudinal fillers
- Weights & Measures approved design
- Central remote indicator ZEVODAT-F, also officially approved
