Calibration By Means Of Reference Meter and Calibration Function Type DI-MASTER™
GEA Diessel's electromagnetic flow meters type IZM are suitable for the measurement of all liquids with a minimum conductivity of 5 µS/cm.
The typical measuring tolerence of the device IZM-S™ is at +/- 0.25%. In order to calibrate the flow meter directly in the process with a master meter, an accuracy of at least +/- 0.1% is required. A special software and calibration complies with this demand.
For 5 flow rates, this device configuration offers a compensation of the electromagnetic flow meter IZM-S™ to a deviation 'zero'!

- Measuring accuracy of +/- 0,1 %
- It is not necessary to disassemble the meter to be checked, i.e. low checking expenditure
- Measurement "in motion" during the running production
- Automatic calibration of GEA Diessel meters is possible
- Documentation by means of printer or data base on a PC
Rotary piston meters, turbine meters, electromagnetic flow meters etc. can equally by checked. Several "master meters" on a mobile frame can cover the whole flow range of a company.
