Automation
Many customers have a concrete perception of quality. Products and services are to comply with high quality standards, that is: Will my wishes be completely fulfilled? Are the process plant and the software tailored one to another? Does my supplier stick to the relevant provisions and regulations? To meet these various demands, there is more to do than simple automation.
Basic Engineering
Prior to starting a project, a basic engineering has to be performed. In this phase of your project, we do the principal layout und all necessary calculations to give the plant the shape it deserves. We generate the User Requirement Specification (URS) for you and translate on their basis the automation concepts, the basic specifications for hard- and software as well as the document requirements needed for FDA, GAMP and ATEX approval. At the end of this phase, you will not only know what you measure and control but also why and when and how it is going to be visualized and documented. The proceeding plan for the detail engineering is also finished. Furthermore, a schedule and a cost-estimation is created to give you a broader basis for the ongoing project management.
Detail Engineering
After finishing the basic engineering, you will need to advance in the detailed layout of your automation system. We do the planning of the detailed functional specification (FS), the hardware design specifications (HDS) for each and every piece, the installations plans, parts lists and wiring diagrams. Further on, I/O sheets and parameter lists and control panels get their final layout from us to meet your specific needs.
Since an automation system is incomplete without software, the Software design specification (SDS), the PLC software, the visualization, the batch software and the SQL data bank are tailored to your plant by our experienced staff in exactly the way you would like.
Additionally, we can do a risk-based analysis of your process to help you in advance to be on the safe side.
