Electromagnetic flow meter type IZMAG™

completely made from stainless steel with Bluetooth interface for communication with the metering device

The electromagnetic flow meter, type IZMAG, is suitable for metering both the flow rate and the volume of all kinds of liquids that have a minimum conductivity of 5 µS/cm. The IZMAG is completely made from stainless steel and it is anyway equipped with a display unit, immaterial of the device version preferred. A built-in Bluetooth interface even permits a wireless communication with the metering device.

Pulse outputs and an analog output are always available. Actions and processes can be controlled via a digital input. The IZMAG can be delivered either in an all-in-one version or with “discrete” signal transmitter and electronics box.

Other features:
  • The parameters of the flow meter can be set without opening the housing.
  • Both the “quick-start” function and the language change-over offer a simple and user-friendly parameter setting.
  • The display can be turned into different directions, always keeping its good readability.
  • Plain text messages and graphics display of the flow profile are helpful for commissioning.
  • The automatic change of the measuring range enables measurements even at high flow rates.
  • The electronics are continuously monitored and if necessary recalibrated by the high-stable “IN-CAL” module.
  • A built-in function can introduce an accuracy check of the IZMAG and transfer the “inspection certificate” wirelessly through the Bluetooth interface.
  • The integrated empty-pipe detector avoids undefined counting actions in case of empty pipelines.
  • At a suddenly caused vacuum, the liner will keep stable even at high temperatures.
  • A bidirectional flow measurement is possible.
  • The IZMAG™ can be used in metering units subject to the Weights and Measures approval according to the European MID directive
