Electromagnetic flow meter IZM-S™ - The flexible standard design, if required with official approval
GEA Diessel's electromagnetic flow meters type IZM™ are suitable for the measurement of all liquids with a minimum conductivity of 5 µS/cm.
The version IZM-S™ is available in compact and separated design and can be supplied with an integrated display. The measurable range for the flow velocity ranges from 0.03 up to 10 m/s.
With typical nominal widths of DN10 .... DN150 a flow range between 10 l/h and 1,000 m3/h can be achieved.
The electromagnetic flow meter IZM-S™ is also available as officially approved version.
The electromagnetic flow meter type IZM-S™ offers the following technical features:
- Electromagnetic volume metering with easy operation
- 2 resettable quantity counters and 1 totalizer
- Automatic adaption of the measuring range enables wide flow rate dynamics
- Officially approved version
- Special functions due to 4 digital inputs and outputs and 1 analog output as well as the start and stop button on the keyboard
- Different pulse samples for redundant signal exchange possible
- Suitable for operation on road tankers with 12 V and 24 V battery supply
- The calibration data storage „MEMbox“ enables an easy exchange
- All typical process connections (DIN flange, clamp, milkpipe fitting, etc.) are available
