Your products must be conditioned, more precisely in liquid form. It shall
be sterile, produced in large quantities, economic and always to be done in the
same way. Records for each production process of course and a comfortable
operation of the whole plant from one workplace are a must to you.
Your products must be manufactured every single day anew but one thing must
be constant: the quality.
The Daily Requirements
The requirements to a formulation vary individually except in one respect:
parenterals, dripping solutions, and aerosols must be manufactured
under sterile conditions strictly in compliance with cGMP; even if not
necessarily completely sterile syrups and suspensions require suited processing conditions.
Additional, the manufacturer's standards as well as the national and
international applicable law must be considered. Which requires a consistent
plant concept. Daily anew but always the same! We meet your high quality
