The GEA Diessel metering system DI-LIQUIZ™ simultaneously captures the quantity, temperature, and the concentration (original wort, alcohol) of the beer in the product line directly. The process metering system DI-LIQUIZ™ is a combination of the electromagnetic flow meter type IZM-S™ and the concentration meter type DI-LIQUI™.

In its basic version the DI-LIQUIZ™ offers the following functions:

  • Targeted filling of tanks, container etc. by means of integrated quantity preselection
  • Limit value monitoring for up to 60 different products
  • Batch recording in a data base
  • Automatic start/stop of the batch is possible via external contacts or concentrate-based
